According to media speculations, Apple's third-generation iPhone SE, codenamed iPhone SE, could be unveiled during the company's forthcoming presentation on March 8.
Meanwhile, according to a fresh estimate, the future iPhone could cost as little as $300. According to the report, Loop Capital Markets analyst John Donovan stated that he has heard rumours that the upcoming 5G-enabled iPhone SE 3 (2022) might start at $300. The phone's price in India is estimated to be around Rs 23,000 (approximately).
According to reports, the 2022 iPhone SE will have 3GB of memory, while the 2023 iPhone SE will have more major enhancements, including as a bigger display and 4GB of memory.
Apple is working on a new 4.7-inch iPhone SE with 5G connection, which will be released in 2022, followed by a successor iPhone SE model with a 5.7- to 6.1-inch LCD display in 2024, according to display analyst Ross Young.
The larger iPhone SE model was originally planned for 2023 but was pushed back to 2024, according to Young. However, Kuo believes it will still be released in 2023.
The 2022 iPhone SE is expected to keep the current model's design and 4.7-inch display while adding 5G connection, however it is unclear if it will use the A14 or A15 CPU.
