1. Who may use Tech Recevent
Anyone above the age of 13 is accepted as a user of the Tech Recevent platform. If you created or subscribed to our portal at Tech Recevent, you automatically accept these Terms of Service. You can only read and share our content.
You sometimes need an account to use some of our Services. You are responsible for the safety of your account, so use a strong password and limit the use to this account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above.
2. Privacy
Our privacy policy will show you all the details and policies surrounding our privacy rules. The data you give to us will be transfered to and collected in the our database for processing and storage.
3. Content
The definition of your Content is all material that you upload, publish or display to others via Tech Recevent.
You are not allowed to share content of others without refering to the original creator of the content.
You yourself are responsible for the content you provide which includes compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, we behold ourself the right to delete your content if it is not inline with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
Remember that content that is posted can be deleted but somebody can copy it while it is online. Any use or reliance to the Services is at your own risk.
You are still the owner of the content you post. But by submitting, posting or displaying Content on or through our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such Content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed).

4. The use of Tech Recevent
Do not use any of the Tech Recevent logo's, verified symbols or the word Tech Recevent if you are not allowed to do so. You can also watch the rules which are part of our Terms of Services.
Do not spam Tech Recevent with articles that are not yours. Spam is defined as bulk or aggresive activity that attempts to manipulate or disrupt Tech Recevent to drive traffic to subjects of your own cause that have no affection with Tech Recevent. Only share and create material of your own.
You can end this legal agreement by deleting your Tech Recevent account.
5. Donations
It is possible to support Tech Recevent bloggers by donating Rupees to their account to your favorite Bloggers. When you donate a Rupees to another blogger, they will receive 75% of this donation on their payout balance.
6. Disclaimer
Our Services are provided to you on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. No information obtained from Tech Recevent or through our Services, will create any warranty.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW Tech Recevent SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES BY THE USE OF NOBEDAD DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
7. General
By using Tech Recevent you grant and agree that Tech Recevent may place advertising on any of the Services or information from the Services whether submitted by you or others.
The Tech Recevent system will change from time till time to improve the Tech Recevent experience. The changes will happen at anytime and could come unnoticed. We are not responsible for data that went lost or missing during this process.
Changes to our Terms of service are effective when they are posted on this page. The changes will not be retroactive. By continuing use of our Services you agree with our terms.
