The smartphone will have a punch-hole display, similar to other phones on the market, according to the short movie. The cutout will be positioned in the smartphone's left corner. The power button is on the right side of the gadget, while the volume buttons are on the left side. However, the alert slider, which has been a OnePlus trademark over the years, is not present. Fans of OnePlus may be disappointed to learn of this. The alert slider was also absent from the OnePlus Nord CE 5G's predecessor. According to the teaser, the next mid-range phone will feature a triple camera configuration on the back. It also hints that the device will be available in blue, identical to the previous model. OnePlus hasn't disclosed any significant specifications, but as the launch date approaches, the company is scheduled to reveal more details about the smartphone. However, reports and rumors have already teased at some of the handset's potential features. A 6.4-inch AMOLED display is expected to be included in the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G. It is designed to handle a refresh rate of 90Hz. It could be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor, as well as up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of inbuilt storage. It will most likely come pre-installed with Android 12. OnePlus normally ships with the most recent version of Android out of the box. As per rumours, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G will come with a dedicated microSD card slot. This will be the first OnePlus phone in India to offer storage expansion if this happens.
